I was born and grew up in Germany, studied Communication Systems for International Relations in Italy and am now based in Brussels. My last name means 'traveler' in Russian, and in Czech in the old times the Poutnik were wise men who would travel from village to village to collect and share stories.

My life's purpose is about serving the evolution of consciousness. My inquiry is about how to innovate naturally. How can we evolve as individuals, companies, communities or wider systems, building on what is authentic, meaningful and sustainable, and letting go of what is not serving? How can we be and behave more like eco-systems? I believe that we humans need to learn to dance between chaos and order, to be more in flow with life.

I am a practitioner of the U-process http://www.presencing.com/ and the Art of Hosting http://www.artofhosting.org/. That means I strive to apply these philisophies in my daily life and work. I have also been involved in co-calling and hosting several Art of Hosting trainings in Belgium and Germany.

Together with my life partner we are co-creating Natural Innovation http://www.naturalinno.net/, which we see as our playground for experiementation and learning together with others. We offer our process design and hosting skills to organisations, we initiate projects and we experiement and inquire into new fields of practice and learning.
